Hi dolls it’s been a long time … I’ve been so busy with other projects but I wanted to post something that I knew would call your attention. What better way to start a blog than to be Spring Ready.
Spring is one of my favorites seasons I love the weather, colors and the beginning of outdoors activities.
In this blog I wanted to focus on color blocking, or the usage of a pop of color.
When I was in California I went to Top Shop one of my favorite stores to shop. I’m so used to going shopping at the Top Shop at Nordstrom but going to the actual store was a different experience.
For the look of the day I have this amazing beanie from Top Shop, and jean skirt, my top is from BP dept at Nordstrom and my bag H&M.
I wanted to add a pop with both neon green and the coral.. My pumps are gold but you can do a nude pump.. I always like pairing my pencil skirts with pumps it is a good look because of the length of the skirt.
This spring we will be seeing lots of color, and color blocking … don’t be afraid to add mixed colors not always matching is the best policy.
Top Shop has a variety of clothing I love their swim wear collection this year very sixties.
If you’re looking to incorporate colors like neon and whites I also sugget you pass by JCREW. I love their new collection of colors, along with jeans.
The signature piece in this look is the Jean Skirt I think every one should either buy a jean skirt or a jean jacket.
To this look you can add a small leather jacket..
I was very daring for taking these pictures in plain cold but I love my blog so much I could not wait for warm weather.
