Oversized Denim

Happy Thursday!

I love denim jackets, so obsessed I have several. When I saw this one on the Windsor site I went crazy, omg the perfect oversized denim jacket. Unfortunately they sold out of the small so I ended up with the medium which I don’t mind since it’s supposed to be oversized anyway. Lately I have been trying to transition into fall but sometimes summer sneaks up on us so I’m like what’s happening.

So it’s finally November, wow time is flying.. two more months before the year is officially over. November is one of my busiest months. I’m going to L.A in two weeks, and I might go to Miami for one day in between.. I have another call shoot with Stella which is going to be a “Friendsgiving” that should be fun! After Thanksgiving I will be heading to Missouri (“it’s more personal than business) so I really want to take advantage of the nice weather and shoot as much content as possible because I do not know what this winter is bringing us. Honestly guys winter really kills me.. but I will try my best to bring other types of content to the blog, more like home style, food and why not beauty.

I really want to step it up next year with youtube and learn how to edit. I have no plans on traveling for December but hey who knows, I was thinking about doing Canada for a few days. Talking about traveling, I did not go to Colombia as I had planed with my agency, but I am glad I listen to my heart. Sometimes “timing” is everything. The good news is that for 2017 if God willing I will be going to Paris and London in March. Guys I know sometimes we see all this luxury and people traveling and doing so much, and that might actually make feel like “why not me.” Don’t think that way .. I do it a lot. I’ve been trying to think like this, “One day I will travel, one day I will make it happen, I will afford that car, I can buy my own home, I can and I will.” By comparing ourselves to others we set ourselves up for failure. I see so many girls commenting on my pictures “oh but I can afford this, I can’t and I can’t.. I see and I understand that those situations happen however we have to work hard for everything we want. You think that I didn’t have to invest a lot of money on this blog in order to reach some point of success you must INVEST, YOU must go after what you want.. Like I said on twitter the other day .. IF CHANEL DOES NOT COME TO YOU, GO TO CHANEL and I don’t mean this literally. I mean if you think anything comes easy just because then you’re wrong, there is a lot of hard work going on behind the scenes. Stop paying attention to everyone who has it going on, because they too have struggles that they don’t share. Just because you don’t see it doesn’t mean it’s not happening. Everyone is different. I’m different and you are as well.

I have been feeling inspired lately. I created this inspo wall with some frames from my fav cities like London and Paris because I will GO, and some quotes to remind me life is wonderful and we are from God the creator so we can create .. But when you create don’t forget to be graceful. Not everything out there is Fashion, style is what remains.

I hope you guys find your inspiration today, and remember God is great. Hope you guys enjoy this look. Can’t go wrong with all black and denim.

XO, K

I had to go back and absorb the message, right on time for the holidays and just being Thankful, humble and graceful. God is Good!

Love this denim jacket! I’m new to your blog but wanted to say I agree with several of the things you were saying. I especially agree with, “If Chanel doesn’t go to you, go to Chanel.” In life, sometimes the only thing stopping us from doing something.. is ourselves. We have to just live like tomorrow is our last day on this planet and “do it” (whatever it is that’s intimidating us). When I started my business, I didn’t know anything about building websites or photography but I wanted a nice website with good images, so I chased the dream and taught myself as much as I could. I hope you get to travel to those places and accomplish your goals. ?
