White Jeans Top Shop Sweatshirt Chic Like Coco Booties Basalt Shoes Necklace Free People

Hey guys!
So this blog is a bit of a continuum on my last blog about whites and staple pieces. As I’ve mentioned before, I believe the fashion world should chill out a bit on all these fashion rules, particularly the “NO WHITE AFTER LABOR DAY” rule. Well ladies and gents, I broke that rule several times and this year is no exception lol. Another rule I like to break is the “LESS IS MORE” idea. Sometimes less really is more depending on what you choose to put together. I will sometimes take forever in the morning looking over my outfit multiple times and will come to a decision that outfit just doesn’t work. I’ll have on different patterns, bunch of jewelry and I’ll realize that sometimes, too much is just…too much. So I’ll switch it up, dress my outfit down a bit and instead of all the patterns and Jerwerly, I’ll throw on a chunky necklace over a graphic sweatshirt and for me, it completed my look. It may be a bit much for some, and others may say well that isn’t less. Pretty much what I’m trying to say is, whatever is less is for you, make that look happen and add that special touch. I’m all about investing in such pieces like my necklace shown in the pic, and making it my own.
I literary live in sweatshirts all day everyday. I find them comfy and fashionable, plus you can always layer up on colder days.
The jeans are from Topshop, which are kind of on the older side but I don’t like wearing the same white jeans and haven’t found another pair that I love. I feel like white gives clothing a delicate feel, specially jeans. The necklace is from Free People and lastly, I know some of you are a fan of the booties I wear often; I got these boots from @basaltshoes, a french company and by far the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever worn. They remind me of a very similar pair from Chloe except the price is much more affordable. Sometimes we get caught up in all the luxury brands and forget that there are a lot of amazing brands out there with great affordable prices. So always do your research! UK has amazing brands with affordable looks. I love finding tags on Instagram in case you want to do some searching. Let me know what you find! 😉
Looking good does not have to be head to toe designer. I truly have transformed my brand a bit more because I want to make sure we all understand the value of good vs. not so good, no matter the price. Hope you guys enjoy the look!

Thanks for the article. I couldn’t agree more when you say do your research because there are a lot of brands out there. Sometimes people feel that you do have to spend so much when in actuality if you look around you really don’t have to. Less is more but like you said everyone’s less may not be the same. Thank you again. Have a good one!!
