FASHION OOTD

#soworthit with JCPenney

Happy Monday Lovers!

My mini trip to JCPenney the other day was #soworthit! @JCPenney has a variety of stylish and affordable fashion along with a wide selection of home and beauty merchandises. I love their exclusive designer lines, including one of my favorites by Liz Claiborne. I found this awesome denim jacket from Liz Claiborne and paired it with a graphic sweatshirt also from Liz Claiborne to give this outfit more of an LA vibe.

I’m always thinking ahead when it comes to style and now that we are well into spring fashion displayed in all clothing stores, I wanted to make sure I showcase a bit of what I predict for Spring season. As always, I am really big on layering and I love any kind of denim, and I have to say, I never thought I would find these awesome, affordable pieces @JCPenney but you guys would be surprised (in a good way) to find such great staple pieces you can mix and match up with your favorite items in your closet. What I love about the graphic sweatshirt is that you can wear it many ways, like pairing it up with boyfriend jeans and a cool motor leather jacket, or make it fun and flirty with a ruffled skirt and strappy heals.

To top it off, I added one of my favorite vintage pins to the denim jacket to give it a bit of a pop! I’m all about finding great affordable pieces and the key to being a smart shopper and staying on-trend, is being able to find those staple items that you can wear multiple ways to create new looks. I’m all about finding affordable staple pieces to mix and match and paring them with luxury accessories like a great pair of designer shoes or handbag. Trust me when I say it was #soworthit shopping this look and I’m glad I was able to collaborate with JCPenney to bring you easy pieces to style at an affordable cost.

Hope you guys enjoy this look!

I have always shopped at Jcpenny simply because I love their prices and you’re able to find some nice quality pieces. I love how you styled this look. I do believe that style and fashion should be about mixing things and always trying different stores because you may never know what you just may find. Great post as always #soworthit to always read your posts??

That sweater is sooo cute and those shoes are MAJOR!!! I haven’t shopped at JC Penny in years because the style clothes always seemed to be outdated; but I’m definitely going to browse this weekend to see what’s changed!

Love the blog, I get such great ideas from you! What’s your formula for layering? I’m kind of slim (XS usually) should I go one size up?

Yes you can do that, the sweater is a medium but I love it because I can add layers.
