Hello Lovers, welcome back : )
My trip to Martha’s Vineyard exceeded all my exceptions. When @soulcycle reached out to join them on their pop up location at Martha’s Vineyard, I was so beyond excited and honored. @soulcycle has been around for years, but with few locations in Jersey & NYC. I have never taken a class before the trip, so I was excited but also nervous as the last time I went cycling I wasn’t really a fan. I remember years back doing a bike marathon in the city, but that’s as far as my cycling days go.
The minute I arrived at Martha’s Vineyard I knew it would be a special trip. The island is very special for so many reasons. I did learn more about the island from my driver who picked me up at the airport. He told me that Martha’s Vineyard had 6 very unique towns, each special in their own way. This particular group were staying at Edgartown, a super cute town with beautiful homes and lots of land and farms. If you know me, you know I’m more of a country farm gal. I really love Mother Nature.
The Soul Cycle
and Smart Water team had a full itinerary for us with plenty of activities in between workouts.
My first class was held the same day I arrived. I thought to myself how I would survive this class, but it was so motivating and energetic that it gave me the adrenaline I needed. It was the perfect start to my Monday!
That evening we had an intimate dinner by the beach overlooking the most gorgeous sunset. We all enjoyed some delish food and Rose. Honestly, I was filled with joy to know I was a part of this experience with such amazing people.
The next morning we had a fun class with Erin, one of our Soul Cycle
instructors. It was an amazing class- very challenging but refreshing. In the early afternoon we had a cooking class at The Covington
and I cannot express how delicious and fresh the food was. All of the produce and seafood came from local organic farms. The Covington is owned by two brothers and let me tell you, the chef prepared some amazing dishes and we learned which wines to pare with what food prepared.
We welcomed some rain that afternoon, but the rain at Martha’s Vineyard gave me peace of mind. The atmosphere was perfect, even with the rain. I really loved walking around the small town and shopping at some local shops. We ended the night at the Atlantis, a very famous restaurant. The food of course was outstanding. It was so refreshing to be surrounded by different influencers and entrepreneurs.
On our last day, we started our morning with an amazing class, followed with a boat ride with the crew. After our sailing adventure, we headed to a farm that had THE MOST beautiful flowers I have ever seen. We got to arrange some of the flowers, and for those who know me, know I’m obsessed with flowers. I always buy bouquets for my apartment every week. I loved being there, and learning about different flowers from one of the gardeners. I can go on and on about this trip. Out of all the trips I’ve gone to, this has been one of my absolute favorites. It really motivated me to the best ME. Each one of our struggles has a story for others to know and to learn from.
I have been traveling a lot these past few months, but I have to say- MV really was more of an inspirational trip and I’m so glad I attended. Thank you Soul Cycle and Smart Water for this AMAZING experience and for allowing me to meet other influencers. We left our mark and I can’t wait to go back.
I love when I get inspired on these trips, it’s so refreshing to me. And of course you guys know I love working out so for me, experiencing Soul Cycle for my first time, turned out being one of the best times 🙂
